We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy summarizes the main refund situations. The full conditions are in our Terms of Sale.
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receipt to return your physical product (book, gamepad, additional cards, goodies), without justification.
To request a return:
- Contact us at contact@sexual-violence.info within 14 days
- Send the product back, in its original condition, at your own expense
- We refund the product price within 14 days of receipt
2. Digital products (PDF, ePub)
Once the download has begun, the right of withdrawal does not apply (you waive it at checkout). If you have not yet downloaded, you may request a refund.
3. Online training
You may withdraw within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not started the training. Once you have accessed the first module, withdrawal no longer applies.
4. In-person training
You may withdraw within 14 days of purchase, provided the session has not started. Specific cancellation conditions for the session itself are detailed on each training page.
5. Defective or damaged products
If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund (including return shipping).
6. Wrong item delivered
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days. We cover return shipping and send the correct item or refund you in full.
7. Refund method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, within 14 days of acceptance.
8. Non-refundable situations
- Items damaged after delivery (other than carrier damage)
- Digital products already downloaded
- Online or in-person training already started
