2. What data we collect and why
We collect only the data we need, for clearly defined purposes.
a) Newsletter subscription
- Data collected: email address, language preference
- Purpose: send you our monthly newsletter
- Legal basis: your explicit consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a)
- Retention: until you unsubscribe; we keep proof of consent for 3 additional years
b) Workshop registration
- Data collected: first name, email, language, country, the workshop you registered for
- Purpose: confirm your registration, send logistics, contact you in case of changes
- Legal basis: performance of a service (GDPR art. 6.1.b)
- Retention: 12 months after the workshop date, then anonymized for statistics
c) Account creation (online shop)
- Data collected: name, email, billing and shipping address, order history
- Purpose: process your orders, manage your account, comply with accounting obligations
- Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and legal obligation
- Retention: 3 years after last activity for the account; 10 years for invoices (legal accounting requirement)
d) Free download of card decks
- Data collected: email address, language
- Purpose: send you the download link, occasionally inform you about new resources
- Legal basis: your explicit consent
- Retention: until you unsubscribe; 3 years maximum without activity
e) Contact form
- Data collected: name, email, message content
- Purpose: respond to your inquiry
- Legal basis: legitimate interest
- Retention: 3 years after the last exchange
f) Facilitator and regional representative applications
- Data collected: name, email, country, professional background, motivation
- Purpose: review your application, build the network of facilitators
- Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request
- Retention: 2 years after the last activity
g) Browsing and analytics data
- Data collected: anonymized IP address, browser, language, pages visited
- Purpose: improve the site
- Legal basis: legitimate interest, with your consent for non-essential cookies

3. Workshop confidentiality
Information shared by participants during workshops is confidential. Facilitators are bound by a code of conduct that prohibits them from sharing identifying information about participants. Lists of participants are never shared between facilitators, with partners, or with any third party, except with the explicit consent of the participant or as required by law.
4. Sharing of your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We may share it only with:
- Technical processors that help us operate the site (hosting by OVH, email service, payment processing by Stripe, analytics) under strict data processing agreements
- Public authorities when legally required
We never share your data with advertisers or marketing platforms.
5. International data transfers
Some of our processors may be located outside the European Union. In that case, we ensure that adequate safeguards are in place — Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or other mechanisms recognized by the GDPR.
6. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption, restricted access, regular security reviews, encrypted backups.
In the event of a personal data breach affecting your rights, we will notify the CNIL within 72 hours and inform you directly when required.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

- Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict the processing of your data
