The Sexual Violence Prevention Workshop™ (SVPW™) is a protected brand and an evidence-based educational programme. By becoming a Certified Facilitator, you commit to the principles below. Your commitment is renewed annually.
1. Educational integrity
I will follow the workshop method as documented in the official book and training materials, without altering its structure, sequence, or core content. I will preserve the discovery-based nature of the workshop and will not publicly reveal complete card contents, full workshop answers, or scientific reveal sequences. I will not present the workshop as therapy, legal advice, or ideological activism.
2. Scientific rigor
I will base my facilitation on the evidence documented in the official materials. I will distinguish risk factors from causes, and avoid simplistic narratives. I will say “I don’t know” when I don’t, and direct participants to appropriate professionals or resources when needed.
3. Brand and visual identity
I will use the SVPW™ name, logo, and visual identity in accordance with the Branding & Communication Guidelines. I will not modify, recolor, distort, or recreate the official visual assets. I will not use the brand for unauthorized commercial purposes or in contexts incompatible with the project’s values.
4. Participant care
I will respect the privacy and confidentiality of every participant. I will obtain explicit consent before sharing any image, video, or testimonial involving identifiable participants. I will create a safe space free from judgment, militancy, or moral confrontation.
5. Communication and cultural respect
I will maintain a prevention-oriented, calm, and reflective posture in all public communication. I will avoid rage bait, fear marketing, polarization, and emotionally manipulative content. I will adapt my communication to local cultures while preserving the core scientific and educational principles of the project.
6. Renewal and revocation
I understand that my Certified Facilitator status is valid for one year and must be renewed annually through the online training subscription. I understand that this status may be revoked by Association Une Vie in case of significant breach of this Charter, with prior written notice.
By accepting this Charter, I confirm that I have read, understood, and commit to upholding these principles. The Charter governs my use of the SVPW™ brand and my responsibilities as a Certified Facilitator.
